Little fashion mavens, get ready to rock a whole new, affordable look this fall.   Mom, actor, author, reality show star, jewelry designer, crafter and business owner Tori Spelling has partnered with JCPenney to present her children’s clothing line, Little Maven.

Little Maven first appeared in 2009, and was carried by higher-end stores like Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s and specialty stores, but when the distributor of the line went out of business, Spelling was left hanging.   Now she says,

“My designs have found their perfect home! Now I get to create chic baby and kids clothes that also combine fashion and functionality at very affordable prices!”

The collection, which Spelling calls ”eclectic, modern, and chic,” features bright colors, denim, stripes (some reminiscent of Missoni’s signature zig-zags), and fun details like faux fur.

Spelling joins the ranks of other celebrity moms who design clothes and accessories for children, including Emma Bunton, Gwen Stefani, Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon and Jessica Simpson.

Little Maven launches at JCPenney on September 1.   Check out some looks from the collection after the jump!

 Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott just welcomed their third child, Hattie, in October 2011, but their family is about to get even larger.  Spelling posted a message on her website last week announcing that she’s expecting again.  She said:

Dean, Liam, Stella, Hattie, and I are beyond thrilled to announce that another little McDermott is on the way! We feel truly blessed that another angel has found us.

Hattie is just five months old.  Dang, those two work fast!  Spelling shared no news about how far along she is, but based on the baby bump photo she posted of her belly, I’d guess she’s in her second trimester.

Congratulations to Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott!  The couple have welcomed their third child, a girl.  Hattie Margaret McDermott was born at 7:08 am yesterday (October 10th).

Tori Tweeted the news along with a cute photo of her daughter’s feet:

Baby feet… too, too sweet.

Little Hattie joins her sister Stella (3) and brother Liam (4), and half-brother Jack (13), from her dad’s previous relationship.  Welcome!

Tori Spelling is about to have her baby any day now, that is if she’s not at the hospital right now giving birth, and she’ll probably be glad when she does.  She recently confessed that of her three pregnancies, this one has been the toughest.

“People always think the first one was the hardest. But I’m like, ‘No the first one was easy for me because I could lay around all day.’  I didn’t have two little ones to take care of. This is the hardest one because I’m always going with the kids.”

She concedes that she has a lot of help in husband Dean McDermott, though.

“Dean has been cooking every night. Homemade pastas! Right now he’s in his pastry course, so he’s making fresh croissants. I reap the benefits of his hard work!”

It won’t be long now until Liam and Stella meet their new brother or sister!

Tori Spelling hit the Malibu Farmers Market with Stella (3) and Liam (4) this weekend.   Does she ever look uncomfortable with that belly!

Parenting is definitely worth it for this mom, though.  Tori credits her children with helping to repair her famously fraught relationship with her mother, Candy Spelling.

“[It was] the kids.  You get to have a whole new relationship with your parent through your children and I think that’s a really nice experience.”

Tori Spelling and her daughter Stella McDermott were spotted in Los Angeles this weekend.   They had just left Denise Richards‘ baby shower for her new, adopted daughter Eloise.  Both wore cute sundressees against the Southern California heat.  I love Stella’s pink ruffles!

Tori and husband Dean McDermott gave Stella and son Liam an extra surprise on Sunday.  They adopted a dog at the Malibu Farmer’s Market!  The Daily Mail has photos of their sweet new Labrador puppy – check it out!

Tori Spelling brought the whole family – husband Dean McDermott and kids Liam and Stella, and don’t forget her enormous baby bump – to the premiere of her short film “Hoarders: Untold sTori” at Outfest 2011.

Liam and Stella completely steal the show here.  He’s rocking the mohawk and shades, while she’s hiding behind her bangs.  Completely adorable.  I wonder if they’re getting excited about having a new brother or sister?   They won’t have to wait much longer:  mom is due this fall.

Tori Spelling and husband, Dean McDermott, took their two kids, Liam and Stella, to the Mattel and Toys “R” US fundraiser at The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California yesterday.

Tori is dressed up like a peacock, Stella as a princess, and the boys are dressed up as Wolverine. They all look great!  Tori wrote on Twitter the preparation it took to get her costume together.

“Ok, I just hot glued 100 rhinestones and sequins to Stella’s princess costume and 50 peacock feathers to mine. Am I due a glass of wine?”

I wonder if they all had fun dressed up?

Tori Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott, were on hand for the Lambda Legal’s 18th Annual West Coast Liberty Awards held at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, California last night. This year’s awards honored Kari Lizer, producer of CBS’ New Adventures of Old Christine, for her advocacy of LGBT and HIV issues; and California Faith for Equality, a groundbreaking group building bridges between the LGBT community and people of faith.
