Suri Cruise was spotted snuggling into her mom, Katie Holmes, while they left their Manhattan hotel today. Tom Cruise‘s daughter, Isabella, 17, was also spotted with them.

Katie has been busy just coming back from Spain where she was there to support Tom for the premiere of his movie, Knight and Day.

Tom Cruise has to be one of the most famous fathers in the world. And now he is on the June/July 2010 cover of Esquire magazine. In the interview with the magazine he talks about Katie Holmes and his daughter, Suri. Here are the highlights:

On entertaining his family: “I’d create different characters and ad-lib sketches to make my sisters and my mother feel better. I’d try to make them laugh. I’d do Donald Duck as John Wayne. I’d watch Soul Train and imitate the dancers. I guess you can say that’s where it started. I always had a dream to be in movies, [my family] didn’t say, That’s impossible. They laughed.”

On jumping on the couch on Oprah: “What happened, happened… I wanted the audience to be happy just like I wanted to make my sisters and my mother happy when I did those skits as a kid. But I’ll take responsibility for my actions… Afterward, wild things were being said about me, and once they’re in the ether, there’s nothing you can do about it. It felt like being the new kid in the schoolyard again and the other kids are whispering and whispering about you and suddenly you hear what they’re saying, and you think, What? That didn’t happen. Look at the reality of the situation.”

On wife Katie Holmes: “Because we do live in a cynical world. It’s easy to be cynical. Making the choice not to be cynical is important. You can keep dwelling on what didn’t work, or you can figure out how to fix it. Which is what being a parent is all about. You know, I’m married to such a special woman. Every night before we go to sleep, Kate and I look at each other and it’s like, How’d we do today?”

On daughter Suri Cruise: “It’s come full circle. Now I’ll put Suri on a swing and tell her stories when I’m working on a script. I’ll start with the beginning of the movie and take her through the story beat by beat. Of course, I make it age-appropriate. She’s four years old. But she asks all the right questions: Why does that happen? Those are the bad guys? You’re the good guy, right?”

Katie Holmes was spotted leaving a dance studio in Hollywood. It seems like she has been doing a lot of dance training lately.

Just last week on the Oprah show Tom Cruise revealed that Suri loves to dress herself and even tells Tom what to wear,

“She likes to dress herself. If she wants to wear it, she wears it. I’m not going to tell her different. She’s got great taste. She tells me what to wear!”

You can also tell that Suri loves pink. She is always wearing it.

Tom Cruise seems to always be busy lately but he sat down with Oprah recently and talked about his daughter, Suri, and revealed some of her secrets. Especially fashion secrets.

Tom says that she likes to dress herself, “She likes to dress herself. If she wants to wear it, she wears it. I’m not going to tell her different. She’s got great taste. She tells me what to wear!” He also said, she “loves pink.”

Suri always has on the cutest dresses I’ve ever seen. And he even touched on the paparazzi and how they are always around.

“It’s been there her whole life – same with Bella and Connor (his older children). She’s such a happy, easy fun girl. She just deals with it. We don’t make it a problem. We don’t get nervous about it.”

I imagine that if they have been around your whole life you don’t know any different. At the same time it’s scary that you have had a camera shoved in your face for that long too.

Katie Holmes was spotted shopping with daughter, Suri, out on Robertson Blvd yesterday in West Hollywood. Katie must have been going early Mother’s Day shopping. Suri just ran around the store with a sucker and bare feet.

Since Katie Holmes has been filming her new movie, Son To No One, with Channing Tatum, in New York we get to see Suri everyday. I was wondering if it was starting to get warmer in New York since Suri is always wearing such light clothing. But finally Katie is too! Does that mean summer is just around the corner?

Katie Holmes took daughter, Suri, to the Son Of No One movie set yesterday. Suri played peek a boo with the paparazzi and looked like she wanted to hide. Katie was also laughing in between takes. She is starring in the movie with Channing Tatum.

Katie’s husband, Tom Cruise, is still in Los Angeles while Katie is in New York filming the movie.

Katie Holmes was seen taking her daughter, Suri, 3, in her pajamas as they went to Alice’s Tea Cup and then to a play on Broadway. I am digging Suri’s slippers, I wish I had a pair just like that.

Katie is reportedly joining the movie, Son of No One, that also stars Channing Tatum and Al Pacino. Here is a quick synopsis. “Holmes would play the wife of a young policeman (Tatum) who uncovers an explosive secret after he is assigned to the working-class neighborhood where he grew up.”

Katie Holmes was spotted yesterday leaving a screening of the movie, The Romantics, yesterday at the Sundance Film Festival. The movie also stars Josh Duhamel and Anna Paquin, and is about seven close friends that reunite for the wedding of their two friends.

Recently, Katie talked about how daughter, Suri, might be falling in her parents footsteps by acting.

“Suri loves her dance classes so much that when she started asking her mom to act, Katie couldn’t say no. The idea to have lessons was Suri’s, although Tom has previously admitted he would be happy for his daughter to become an actress.”

I bet Suri would take everyone and everything by storm!
