There’s another little Buffy on the way for Sarah Michelle Gellar!  She and husband Freddie Prinze, Jr. are expecting their second child.

The couple have been married since 2002 and are already parents to the adorable Charlotte (2).

A friend tells People:

“[Sarah] and Freddie are thrilled.  They love their little girl more than anything in the world and know that love will only multiply.  She is such a fantastic mom; it is just great news.”

Gellar currently appears in the CW show Ringer.

Sarah Michelle Gellar has learned the trick to get everyone talking about you during awards season:  let your toddler pick your awards show dress.

Gellar turned heads at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards in a blue tie-dyed gown by Monique Lhullier, and it was all thanks to her daughter, Charlotte Prinze (2).  Mom revealed:

“It’s funny, I didn’t try on that many dresses.  My two year old walked in, walked up to this dress and said, ‘Mama, wear this!’ So I put it on and said, ‘OK!’  She really went for it.  She chose the bag and shoes. I let her pick all of it.”

This dress totally looks like something that would catch a two year old’s eye.    I don’t particularly like it myself (it looks like someone spilled ink on a wedding gown), but it is so different from your usual red carpet attire, and you just have to love a look that was styled by a small child.  Rachel Zoe better watch her back….

Sarah Michelle Gellar‘s new TV show, Ringer, premieres this week on the CW.  The former Buffy star has been working since she was four years old, and now that she’s got a child of her own she’s learning how to manage that all-important balance between working and being a mom to Charlotte.   She told the Los Angeles Times:

“My family comes first, and you have to be in charge to be able to protect that. You have to be the one who says no or you don’t have a life.”

Nonetheless, she’s having a nursery installed on-set so that she and her parenting colleagues can feel comfortable bringing their kids to work.  I guess when you’re the star of the show and the co-executive producer, you can make things like that happen!

Mom Sarah Michelle Gellar is back on TV!  She’s the star of a new show on CW, Ringer.   She recently talked to People about balancing work and parenting daughter Charlotte Grace (22 mo.).

She says working in television providers her the perfect flexibility at this point.

“I want to be able to go home at night and see my daughter.  I want to be there for her first day of school and her school recital. Television offers me that — they’re amazing at working around schedules. All of the big milestones I’m there for.”

Sarah husband Freddie Prinze, Jr. lends a helping hand too.

“[Freddie's] great, he loves it.  He’s perfectly happy to stay at home and put the baby to bed.”

Baby Charlotte will turn two in September.  Ringer premieres on September 13.

When I saw this picture of little Charlotte Prinze I couldn’t resist. Sarah Michelle Gellar sure looks like she hands her hands full with that cute little girl. I’m not sure who she looks more like Sarah or dad, Freddy Prinze Jr. What would be your guess?

Sarah Michelle Prinze is the proud mom of a newborn baby girl, Charlotte, with husband,  Freddie Prinze Jr., and now she reveals to People magazine the reasons why she waited and how happy she is now that she’s a mother.

Sarah knew the pressure was on to get pregnant when she first got married to Freddie.

“I always say, the minute you start dating someone, people ask, ‘When are you getting engaged?’ And the minute you get engaged, they ask, ‘When are you getting married?’ And then the minute you get married, they ask, ‘When are you having a baby?’”

Sarah is glad she waited until she was in her 30s to have a baby…

“Becoming a parent is the most selfless act, and you need to be at a point in your life where you can give up anything and everything for a child. I don’t know if you know how to that when you’re in your 20s.”

Freddie agreed with Sarah saying that being in your 30s gives you more patience and appreciation of the whole thing.

“Every day I look at her and I am in awe,” says Sarah. And now she knows the next question everyone is going to ask her, “The minute you have a baby, everyone asks, ‘When are you going to have another one?’ ”

Sarah Michelle Prinze, who gave birth to her little girl, Charlotte, less than a month ago, was seen with a friend getting some pampering at Anastasia salon on Friday afternoon in Beverly Hills, California.

Sarah is currently working on the show, The Wonderful Maladys, and hopefully it will get picked up by HBO for a 2010 air date. They have already filmed the pilot, a story revolving around the dysfunctional lives of three adult siblings who lost their parents at a young age.

Sarah Michelle Gellar and husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., have had a baby girl it has been confirmed. Charlotte Grace Prinze was born on September 19th.

A rep for the couple gave this statement, “The family is over the moon.”

A very pregnant, Sarah Michelle Gellar was seen making her way to Gelson’s market after a pilates class on Friday.  Sarah Michelle and husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., just celebrated their 7th wedding anniversary. And now they are expecting their first child in the fall.

Sarah Michelle Gellar was spotted taking her dog, Tyson, to the vets in Toluca Lake on Wednesday morning.  Sarah just celebrated a baby shower with her closest friends. I know how much fun showers are!

Sarah is due soon with her first baby with husband, Freddie Prinze Jr.
