Minnie Driver was at the Motherhood premiere last night hosted by Gotham magazine at the SVA Theater in New York.  Minnie was pregnant with her son, Henry, while she was filming the movie.

“I was heavily pregnant, so it was pretty intense to be that heavy with child and working, but it’s a great movie.”

The movie opens on October 23. Uma Thurman plays a former fiction writer-turned-mom-blogger who experiences many of the trials and tribulations of being a working mom and wife during one day. Anthony Edwards and Minnie co-star as her husband and best friend respectively.

I found the trailer for the movie and it looks like mothers around the world will be able to relate to this movie.

Minnie Driver stopped in Cross Creek park yesterday with son, Henry, 11 months, for a snack. Recently, Minnie revealed that Henry and the family dog are best friends. They bond in the most unusual way too.

“The dog loves him. The dog thinks [Henry's] his baby. They have a relationship that’s based on Cheerios; Bubba very gently eats the Cheerios out of Henry’s hand.”

I remember having a dog around when I was younger, but I would feed him lunch meat. I do that to my cats now. I guess old habits die hard.

Minnie Driver spent the day yesterday with her son, Henry, 11 months, playing in the sand and making pretend mud pies in Malibu. Henry looks like he is having a riot playing with his mom. Kids always seem to love the sand.

Up next for Minnie is two new movies that will be released to theaters soon; Motherhood and Betty Anne Waters. I can’t wait to see her back on the big screen.

Minnie Driver took her son, Henry, 11 months, to Cross Creek park for some fun yesterday in the sun. Henry is already on his feet and looks eager to start walking. Both of my kids took their first steps before they were a year old.

Recently Minnie was on The View talking about Henry and being a single mother, “I’m a single mom, [but] his dad is amazing and in his life. I don’t feel alone. Babies attract love…They attract people who love them.”

Minnie Driver helped her son, Henry, 10 months, take his first steps while she was out hanging out at Cross Creek Park in Malibu on Friday. I can’t get over how much Henry has grown. It seems like he was just born yesterday. Soon he’ll be going to college.

Minnie admitted that she didn’t have a boy’s name picked out for Henry before he was born because she was convinced he was a girl.

“I had dreams, dreams of my little girl coming and talking to me … I was so wrong.”

I know that the dreams you have while you are pregnant are very wicked. I could remember them so good the next day.
