Knocked Up Celebs

Tom Cruise and wife, Katie Holmes, have been spending the week in Prague scouting out locations for the next Mission Impossible movie. Suri was spotted getting on a private jet in Prague. It’s not known if she was on there with her mom or if her nanny was with her. But for a girl that age it must be weird to be a part of that. I am loving her boots! I want a pair of them for me.

Dianna Agron, who stars with Katie Holmes in her upcoming film, The Romantics, has said that she would love it if  Katie and daughter, Suri, would appear on an episode of Glee.

Dianna said that they were so much fun to be around on the set of The Romantics:

“We had so much fun together on and off set. She has said to me that she and Suri watch the musical numbers and they love it. It would be awesome to get them on the show. That would be amazing.”

I think it would be cute if Suri ended up on Glee!

Katie Holmes looks beautiful on the October 2010 cover of Marie Claire. I love that her long hair is back. In the magazine she talks about routines for daughter, Suri, and if her and husband, Tom Cruise, plan on having more kids:

“Maybe in a couple of years, but right now I want to make sure I’m really there for Suri. I’m the youngest in my family —- my closest sister is five years older than me, and the next one is nine years ahead of me, so I was a bit of an only child, and I liked it! I liked having all of my mom’s attention, and sometimes I think I still do.”

Katie Holmes and husband, Tom Cruise, were spotted leaving their apartment yesterday headed for the premiere of Katie’s movie, The Romantics, in New York. Which also stars Josh Duhamel. I bet she was happy to have her husband there as her date!

In the latest issue of Marie Claire Katie reveals that she is raising daughter, Suri, to have responsibilities.

‘We travel a lot, and so for me, it’s keeping a daily schedule for Suri that never changes. We wake up, and we do the same thing. She does her chores. I think it’s very important.’

Having a routine is always good. And if they can teach that to her at such a young age they are ahead of the game.

Back at the end of June it was announced that Katie Holmes was going to appear in ads for J. Crew and now another picture from the shoot came out. It’s of Katie and Josh Duhamel. They sang nothing but praises about her at the photo shoot saying that she knew how to make the clothes fun. I love the shots though. She looks like she is having so much fun.

Katie Holmes is looking amazing on the Fall Fashion Issue of New York Magazine. I love that her long hair is back! In the magazine she talks fashion, husband Tom Cruise and daughter Suri. Here are the highlights:

On her new fashion line: “I started making clothes for Suri when she was born, designing dresses, and then having seamstresses sew them, because I don’t sew very well. As a child, I was always drawing clothes, and I’ve always loved fabrics, and when Suri was born, I wanted to have certain things be from me and created just by me for her. And so that kind of got me into it, and then one day, Jeanne and I were getting ready for something and we thought, men have such beautiful tailored shirts, they have such a uniform, and we thought it would be nice to make things that are simple that you can have forever.”

On Suri’s sense of fashion: “I grew up the youngest of five, so there were a lot of hand-me-downs that I would sort of change up. And Suri and I do that now with her clothes. Or rather, she does it. She says, “I want this sleeve cut,” and it’s like, “Okay, we’ll cut it.” She picks out all of her own clothes and has since she was 1½. Tom and I went to the Met ball a couple of years ago, and I had this beautiful red gown and these royal-blue shoes that I wasn’t planning on wearing, but Suri made me put them on and so I was like, “Okay, I trust you.”

On if she reads what the media says about Tom and her marriage: “It’s there, it’s one of those things. My big concern is what does he have going, what do I have going, what are we going to do this weekend. It must seem weird, I guess, having so many people watching. It is weird. I get it. But you just, you know, smile and nod.”

Katie Holmes looked as cute as a button at the premiere of The Extra Man in New York on Monday. I love that she has her long hair back!

At the premiere she said how family inspires her:

“Every day my husband inspires me. My family inspires me. My daughter inspires. We’re always sort of creating new things whether it’s a party, or a script or a movie. We try to have a very creative household.”

I think that if your family inspires you everything works out better.

Recently co-star Malin, said that Katie’s daughter, Suri, was so great on set.

‘You just want to eat her! You want to eat that little kid so badly. And she’s a smart, smart girl. She’s so smart and well socialised because she’s always on set.’

I can’t wait to see these ads finished!

Suri Cruise was spotted snuggling into her mom, Katie Holmes, while they left their Manhattan hotel today. Tom Cruise‘s daughter, Isabella, 17, was also spotted with them.

Katie has been busy just coming back from Spain where she was there to support Tom for the premiere of his movie, Knight and Day.

Tom Cruise has to be one of the most famous fathers in the world. And now he is on the June/July 2010 cover of Esquire magazine. In the interview with the magazine he talks about Katie Holmes and his daughter, Suri. Here are the highlights:

On entertaining his family: “I’d create different characters and ad-lib sketches to make my sisters and my mother feel better. I’d try to make them laugh. I’d do Donald Duck as John Wayne. I’d watch Soul Train and imitate the dancers. I guess you can say that’s where it started. I always had a dream to be in movies, [my family] didn’t say, That’s impossible. They laughed.”

On jumping on the couch on Oprah: “What happened, happened… I wanted the audience to be happy just like I wanted to make my sisters and my mother happy when I did those skits as a kid. But I’ll take responsibility for my actions… Afterward, wild things were being said about me, and once they’re in the ether, there’s nothing you can do about it. It felt like being the new kid in the schoolyard again and the other kids are whispering and whispering about you and suddenly you hear what they’re saying, and you think, What? That didn’t happen. Look at the reality of the situation.”

On wife Katie Holmes: “Because we do live in a cynical world. It’s easy to be cynical. Making the choice not to be cynical is important. You can keep dwelling on what didn’t work, or you can figure out how to fix it. Which is what being a parent is all about. You know, I’m married to such a special woman. Every night before we go to sleep, Kate and I look at each other and it’s like, How’d we do today?”

On daughter Suri Cruise: “It’s come full circle. Now I’ll put Suri on a swing and tell her stories when I’m working on a script. I’ll start with the beginning of the movie and take her through the story beat by beat. Of course, I make it age-appropriate. She’s four years old. But she asks all the right questions: Why does that happen? Those are the bad guys? You’re the good guy, right?”
