In addition to growing her third baby, Jennifer Garner‘s got plenty of other stuff on her plate these days. Her new movie, Butter, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival this fall, and hits theaters soon. In the film, she plays a rather uptight Midwestern woman who hopes to make a name for herself at the Iowa State Fair’s butter carving competition. (Now there’s a specialty niche for you.)
Garner, who produced the movie, told InStyle why she was drawn to the character.
“I identified with her loss of identity. You identify with your career then become a mom and put everything you have into the happiness of those kids. And though I wouldn’t change it for anything, you lose part of yourself.”
