Congratulations to new parents Sarah Drew and Peter Lanfer! The Grey’s Anatomy star gave birth to their first child, a boy, on January 18th. Her rep says that they are “in love with” their new son.
Micah Emmanuel was born in Los Angeles, weighing 7 lbs. 4 oz.
The couple opted for a delivery surprise instead of learning their baby’s gender before his arrival.

Born on Thursday, December 15 in Los Angeles, Russell Wallace Day weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz.
The couple’s Sunny co-star, Glenn Howerton, also welcomed a son this fall.

Congratulations to American Idol Fantasia Barrino! She gave birth to her second child, a son, on Tuesday, December 13.
Little Dallas Xavier Barrino was born at 4:14 pm in North Carolina. He joins older sister Zion (10).
Barrino gave the following statement to People:
“I feel so blessed that my son Dallas Xavier was born healthy, and is a wonderful new addition to our family. I thank all my fans for their well wishes and continued support.”

Congratulations to Niki Taylor and her husband Burney Lamar! Niki gave birth to their son, Rex Harrison, on Wednesday, November 16th.
Rex, who is the second child for the supermodel and former NASCAR driver, weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz. and measured 19 inches. He joins his sister Ciel (2) and twin brothers Jake and Hunter (16), Taylor’s sons from her previous marriage.

Little Kez Sunday arrived on Monday, November 7. On Wednesday, Long’s publicist told The Associated Press, “Both mother and child are healthy and happy to be home.”
This is the second child for Long, who is also mom to son Massai (10).

Congratulations to American Pie actor Thomas Ian Nicholas and his wife Colette! They welcomed a son on Thursday, October 20.
Little Nolan River Nicholas was born after 15 hours of labor.
Colette is a Chicago-based house music DJ and vocalist also known as DJ Colette. You can next see Thomas when he reprises his character Kevin in American Reunion, hitting theaters in April 2012.

Dejà vu all over again? six months ago, Law & Order: SVU star Mariska Hargitay and her husband Peter Hermann adopted a daughter, Amaya Josephine. Now they’ve welcomed a new bundle of joy to their family: Mariska and Peter have adopted a second time.
Little Andrew Nicholas Hargitay Hermann was born this summer, and came home with the couple very shortly after they filed paperwork for a second adoption.
Mariska admits they were a little taken aback by how quickly the process moved, but they were happy to move forward.
“We never in a million years thought it would happen this quickly, but something inside of us knew that this was right, and we said, ‘Yes, yes, yes!’ We knew this was our guy. Everything about it felt right. It felt divinely right.”
Peter and Mariska are also parents to another son, August (5).

Congratulations to singer Ne-Yo and his girlfriend Monyetta Shaw! They have welcomed a baby boy, Mason Evan Smith, born on October 9th.
The rapper shared the news of his son’s arrival on Twitter:
“If you are truly fam, you’ll help me welcome the heir to my throne. Born Oct. 9, 6 pounds, 10 oz!”
Monyetta is the co-owner of the upscale Atlanta boutique, Emerlyn & Ester. Ne-Yo, whose real name is Shaffer Chimere Smith, is gearing up for the release of his movie, Red Tails, which will hit theaters in January 2012. These two work fast, by the way: Mason’s big sister, Madilyn Grace, will celebrate her first birthday next month.
