Denise Richards spent some quality time with her dad, Irv, and daughters, Sam and Lola, in Brentwood yesterday. They look like they are tired and ready to go home.

Denise’s reality show, It’s Complicated, comes back on June 7th. I can’t wait, I love her dad the best in that show.

Denise Richards was spotted shopping with her daughters, Sam and Lola, in Brentwood yesterday. The kids look like they are tired or really hot. My kids hate following me around shopping too. And there always seems like after you say one more stop they groan.

I wonder how they are enjoying their new half-brother’s Max and Bob. I’m sure they will have fun with them when they get older.

Denise Richards took her two girls, Sam , 4, and Lola, 3, out for a Christmas Eve skate. This is the first time we have seen the girls since they were in a car accident at the beginning of December. It looks like the girls are happy and healthy.

It is being reported that yesterday Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen‘s daughters, Sam and Lola, were in a car accident with their nanny in Malibu. The nanny was in a Mercedes SUV when the driver of a Honda made a sudden left turn, cut them off and hit two other vehicles.

Charlie’s rep Stan Rosenfield [says], “I spoke to Charlie and the girls are fine. He is very grateful because the accident could have been worse. He was very grateful the girls were in their car seats and for the safety features of Mercedes.”

The driver who caused the accident was the only one injured in the accident. The driver was cited for failure to yield.

Denise Richards was spotted at the Brentwood Country Mart eating out with her daughters, Sam and Lola on Friday. The kids ate chicken nuggets and french fries and went out for more shopping afterwards.

Raising children with a positive body image is hard now a days. In Shape magazine Denise Richards talks about how she helps her children with just that:

“I’ll never talk about weight around them,” she said. “And they’ll never hear me say, ‘Mommy’s feeling fat today.’ That kind of attitude just makes young girls grow up to be dissatisfied with their bodies.”

And she likes to teach by example too:

“I exercise almost every day. The girls usually play in the workout room with me, so they’re learning by example.”

I’m really glad to hear that someone is thinking about ways to positively help their children. So many children just don’t get that.
