Denise Richards posted the cutest picture of her girls, Lola and Sam, before they went out for dinner the other the night. She tweeted the following message:

Denise Richards took her dad, Irv, and kids, Sam and Lola, to a park in Malibu yesterday.  It is the long weekend too,  which I keep forgetting so that means having time to go to the park.

Denise recently spoke about how she is looking forward to moving past the divorce and moving on with her life,

“I’ve been through a divorce and it’s not easy. None of know what goes on behind closed doors, all I know is there will be light. So if I can get through a place of being great parents, there’s hope for anyone!”

I have been divorced for over ten years now. I don’t think that it ever gets easy, especially with children involved.

Denise Richards was spotted shopping with her dad, Irv, and daughters, Sam and Lola, in Los Angeles yesterday. She said on Twitter that she was doing her last minute back to school shopping and spending the day with the girls.

School started for my kids this week. It was exciting and sad all at the same time.  I guess that feeling will continue for the rest of my life.

Denise Richards is seeing her oldest daughter, Sam, 5, go to kindergarten this year. Many parents get mixed reactions because sometimes it’s the longest they have been away from their children.

“It’s bittersweet. Sami starts kindergarten, which I cannot believe, in a couple of weeks. I’m so sad about it. I can’t believe how fast five years have gone,” Denise says. “I’m very proud of her and very happy, but from here on out she’s in school.”

I know that I had trouble with Grade 1. Kindergarten was a breeze for me. And now in a couple of days, my little boy will be in Grade 2. Time flies by so fast.

Denise Richards took some time with her daughters, Sam and Lola, on Tuesday to go for a swim in the pool at the Sierra Mist beach house in Malibu. They look like they are enjoying themselves laughing and playing in the water.

Denise Richards took daughter, Lola, to Disneyland on Monday to celebrate her 4th birthday. Sister  Sam, 5, and her grandfather were also there. I wish that I had lived near Disneyland as a kid and went there to celebrate my birthday. It looks like a lot of fun!

The girls rode on the rides and also shared a princess cake. What a fun day.

Denise’s reality show, It’s Complicated, comes back on June 7th. I can’t wait, I love her dad the best in that show.

Denise Richards was spotted shopping with her daughters, Sam and Lola, in Brentwood yesterday. The kids look like they are tired or really hot. My kids hate following me around shopping too. And there always seems like after you say one more stop they groan.

I wonder how they are enjoying their new half-brother’s Max and Bob. I’m sure they will have fun with them when they get older.
