Knocked Up Celebs

Amy Poehler and husband, Will Arnett, are expecting their second child it has been confirmed. A rep confirmed the news to US magazine exclusively. Their are no other details known at the moment.

The baby will join big brother, Archie, 16 months.

Helena Bonham Carter and husband, Tim Burton, looked fantastic on the red carpet at the premiere of Alice In Wonderland at the Mogadoe Theater in Paris, France. As always I love what Helena is wearing. Helena recently admitted that they try to focus on giving their kids, Billy, 6, and Nell, 2, balance in the house.

“I’m not a full-time mother right now, because I’ve been working, and I’ve been feeling perpetually guilty about it. But, equally, I know it’s important for my kids to have a relationship with people other than me, and I want them to be independent. It’s all balance. I don’t try to be perfect - I just try to be good enough.”

It must be hard being in movies and never being at home. But I am sure the kids are adjusted to that since it’s probably the only thing they have known.

I never thought when I was a kid that I wanted to have a theme birthday party but I can see now that parents like Tori Spelling and Victoria Beckham do it all the time! It must be the new thing now.

Liam McDermott turned three on Saturday (March 13th) and mom, Tori, dad, Dean McDermott, and sister, Stella, 21 months, helped him celebrate his superhero birthday.

It’s been confirmed that Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes have split after being married for seven years.

“Kate and Sam are saddened to announce that they separated earlier this year,” their lawyers say in a statement. “The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children.”

I always have loved Kate as an actress. My thoughts go out to their family and the kids, Joe, 6, and Mia, 9.

Adam Sandler was out with wife, Jackie, and daughter, Sadie, yesterday afternoon in Santa Monica. Adam was so nice to  help Jackie since she sprained her ankle.

It was announced last week that Heidi Montag landed herself a role in the latest Adam Sandler movie, Just Go With It. I’m not sure what to think but I thought she didn’t do a bad job in that Funny Or Die skit she did where she made fun of herself. We might be pleasantly surprised at what might happen. The movie also stars Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman.

Tim McGraw is husband to Faith Hill and they have three beautiful children. He recently talked to Parents magazine about his new book, his girls and parenting tips. Here are the highlights:

On why he started writing children’s books: The books are inspired by a song I co-wrote, “My Little Girl”.There aren’t a lot of books out there about fathers and daughters or for fathers to read to their daughters, so I thought it would make a sweet story.

On how he’s living with a house full of girls: I pretty much don’t have a say in anything! But we just built a new house and I made sure there was a big doghouse out in the yard in case I need to go hang out with Palio. (His pet dog.)

On what his number one parenting tip is: To listen. I heard a coach once say that your team will never listen to you if you don’t listen to them. I definitely think that applies to kids as well.

Ben Affleck and wife, Jennifer Garner, were spotted going to daughter, Violet’s school for a Lisa Loeb concert. Seraphina also got to come along too! It’s nice seeing them out as a family!

I didn’t know that Lisa would perform at preschools but she has a very enthusiastic way of singing so I am sure the kids loved listening to her.

Larry Birkhead took daughter, Dannielynn, to a park in Los Angeles today. I love Danielynn’s pants. I never thought of putting flowers on jeans. I know my daughter would love to do that with her pants.

About a year ago Larry was talking about Dannielynn and how she looks like her mom. I have to agree, she looks exactly like her mom.

“When I see Dannielynn and she is just a spitting image of her mother, that’s a little bit…I don’t want to say eerie, but it is a little odd—and it is kind of comforting as well.”

It looks like Dannielynn is a bundle of joy for sure.

Kate Beckinsale went to pick up daughter, Lily, from school in Los Angeles yesterday. I have to admit that dog they have is adorable.

Kate recently said that she is proud to say that they are a family with two dads, Michael Sheen, who is Lily’s dad, and then Len Wiseman, who is Kate’s husband.

“We’re a family with two dads. Somehow it all works out. Lily walks around the house going, ‘Daddy!’ and several people say, ‘Yes?’ It’s kind of funny. ‘No, not you, the other one!’”

I always think it’s awesome when adults can be adults and have a great relationship for the kids.
