Ashlee Simpson was seen getting a coffee after going to Ken Paves Salon after getting a haircut. I love her hair dark like that.

Ashlee is putting her house up for sale for $4 million. This house has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It’s not known what motivated this selling. But if I had an extra 4 million I would be buying it!

Ashlee Simpson is making the most of fashion week in New York by taking in her husband, Pete Wentz’s runway show. It was the Style 360 event at Stage 37 where Pete debuted his new collection for Clandestine Industries. I think the clothes that he had were very Silence of the Lambs like but I applaud him. I know the line will be a hit.

Ashlee Simpson is finishing up her Broadway run this weekend and then she will be able to get back to spending more time with her little man, Bronx. She says that she loves being a mother and Bronx and her spend as much time as possible together.

“We’re together all the time. Bronx is definitely finding himself, and he’s getting his own personality, so hide-and-seek, and new little things. He does sign language, so that’s been fun.”

It’s always fun to watch your child come into his own. And what are her Valentine’s Day plans?

“Every Valentine’s Day is sweet. Pete’s very creative, so he’s always coming up with something clever and surprising me. Hopefully I’ll surprise him this year.”

It sounds like Ashlee has made such a great family for herself.

Pete Wentz and wife, Ashlee Simpson, were spotted at the Washington Wizards and the New York Knicks basketball game at Madison Square Garden last night. And the celebrities sitting beside them are Matthew Modine and his wife, Cari.

i dont know the future of fall out boy. its embarrassing to say one thing and then have the future dictate another. as far as i know fall out boy is on break. (no one wants to say the “h” word). as much as i dont have a solo project, i also cant predict that id ever play in fall out boy again. not due to personal relationships as much as a band we grew apart. in this statement id like to include there is the possibility that fob will play again with out me or i will be a part of it when everyone is on the same page. it is no ones fault and there is no animosity about the decision. i felt as fans you deserve to know.

I am glad that he cleared that up. Since people love to spread rumors of what they might have thought.

Ashlee Simpson helped to introduce new additions to Pieces candies family the other day in Times Square in New York. That would be a great job. I love Reese’s Peanut Butter cups so much! Her run on Broadway is ending on February 7th and the whole family will be moving back to the west coast. Ashlee had time to talk to the Celebrity Baby Blog about moving back and how Bronx has enriched her life so much. Here are the highlights:

On her daily routine: We have Bronx on such a schedule, so it’s focused around him. I don’t leave for the show until 6 p.m., so I get ready and go there later, since it’s an 8 p.m. show. Bronx goes to bed an hour later, and I’m home all day, so that’s been really nice. Although we do eight shows a week! So Bronx comes to the theater on the weekends to visit.

On how she deals with the time apart from Bronx: He comes up and has lunch or dinner with me at the theater pretty often. He came to a rehearsal, and yelled out “Mama!” when I got onstage. It was really cute!

On how motherhood has changed her: Oh absolutely. It’s the best thing of my life, it’s helped me grow. Same for Pete. I think that being a parent in general just changes you so much.

On things she can’t survive without: It’s changing all the time. Bronx is really into all sorts of books, building forts — he’s such a boy! It’s a lot of fun. And he’s definitely on the go, we’re always running around playing games like hide-and-go-seek.

On if Bronx has listened to her music: He’s definitely heard Fall Out Boy and my music, too, but we play everything for him. He gets to choose his own kind of music, but he doesn’t have a favorite yet.

On what’s next for her, career-wise: I plan to take two weeks off for sure, just to be home and enjoy some down time. And then after that I’m going to start writing again. I’m also looking at some films.

Ashlee Simpson has been busy lately being on Broadway in the play, Chicago. But she says that she is enjoying the family time in New York. Her schedule is pretty easy with her days off and plays at nights, and two performances on Sunday but Ashlee says that it helps with an amazing husband like Pete Wentz.

“We have a really good balance — my husband and I do — so we just support each other with whatever it is that we’re working on.”

It sounds like they have a great system going on. Her Broadway fun ends in February.

Ashlee Simpson was spotted outside of her apartment that she is renting while staying in New York.  Ashlee is on Broadway until February 7th, starring as Roxie in the play, Chicago. She has been under some criticism for her singing but I am a huge fan of her singing. I am sure they are just being their critical selves.

Ashlee Simpson was seen with her husband, Pete Wentz, taking son, Bronx, to the dentist on Christmas Eve. I know that would be the last place I would want to be on Christmas Eve.

Ashlee and Pete were busy tweeting their Christmas plans.

Ashlee said: “Merry merry christmas everyone..ahh I love christmas.”

Pete said: “Up and at them. dunno what the day has in store. fam is in town. had good day with them and w/ Samantha Ronson and her sister.”

Ashlee Simpson made her Broadway debut last night in Chicago as Roxie Hart. She will remain in the play for a 10-week engagement that ends February 7th, 2010. All of her family was there to support her, husband, Pete Wentz, sister, Jessica Simpson,  and dad, Joe Simpson.

After the performance Jessica got on Twitter and told everyone just how amazing Ashlee was.

“Roxie was all Heart! Watching her up on that grandiose stage made me the proudest sister in the world. I love ya honey, I love ya!. Grrrrrrr”

And husband, Pete got on Twitter too.

“There’s an afterparty for everything. Sorry you can’t get in. Don’t worry they suck. You’re not missing out.”

I bet he loved her performance though!

Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson are celebrating their baby boy, Bronx’s first birthday today with a birthday party.

Yesterday the Wentz-Simpson’s took to Twitter to tweet well wishes to Bronx.

Jessica Simpson (Aunt): “Happy Birthday to my precious angel on earth!!! Bronx is 1 today!! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!! I can’t believe it has been a year already.”

Pete Wentz (Dad): “Happy birthday bx. you dont have twitter and cant read this. Thanks to all my friends that recorded lullabies. cant believe its been a year.”

Ashlee Simpson (Mom): “BX’s 1st bday tomorrow! My angel is going to be a year!! The greatest year of my life :)”
