Knocked Up Celebs

Alyson Hannigan got to spend a sunny day with her husband, Alex Denisof, and daughter, Satyana. Satyana looked like she was intrigued with the people following her to take pictures. I often wonder what they are thinking when the cameras are in their face like that.

I can’t believe that Satyana will be already a year old next month. Time flies by way too fast these days.

Alyson Hannigan was looking amazing on the red carpet last night with her husband, Alexis Denisof, for the People’s Choice Awards last night. Alyson even went home with the award for Favorite TV Comedy Actress for the show she is in, How I Met Your Mother.

How I Met Your Mother has become one of my favorites this season. Neil Patrick Harris is so funny too!

Alyson Hannigan took daughter, Satyana, 8 months, out for some Christmas shopping in Santa Monica yesterday. I know I always had a hard time deciding whether I just carried my son and put my things in the stroller. Either way I was always loaded down with either kids or packages.

Satyana looks exactly like her mom with the red hair and all. And as a fun fact..Satyana was born on March 24, that just happens to be the same day as Alyson’s birthday too!

Alyson Hannigan and husband, Alexis Denisof, looked like they were enjoying their first Halloween with daughter, Satyana. Alyson was on the Ellen Degeneres show last week and she said she would be wearing this kangaroo costume, and they way she described it was so cute. And true to what she said she did chose it.

I wonder if the did any trick or treating? I know that I would have given them all my candy if they showed up on my doorstep.

Alyson Hannigan and husband, Alexis Denisoff, took daughter, Satayana, 6 months, out to Rag G Tattoo and Famous Cupcakes in Beverly Hills, California. That Famous Cupcakes is everywhere lately. They are organic and very hot right now.

Alyson recently said that motherhood was the best thing in the world.

“Motherhood is more than I could’ve hoped for. Every cliché in the book is true! [Motherhood is] just the best thing in the world and I could not be happier.”

There is nothing like motherhood. I agree with her there.

Alyson Hannigan was on the David Letterman show earlier this week and looked happy and was of course her funny self. But she wasn’t so sure how the cross country flight would go with her daughter, Satyana, 6 months,  since it was her first time flying.

“This was her first plane flight, so I was really nervous. I went on my Twitter page and I asked for advice. I got some good advice and bad advice. The bad advice was, ‘Leave her at home,’ or ‘Put her in the overhead compartment…’ But good advice that I took was to hand out earplugs to the people around you and say, ‘Hopefully you won’t need these, but just in case here you go!’”

I know that Twitter is a great place to ask advice. I find myself doing that more now. It’s better than Google sometimes. And it sounded like the flight went without a hitch.

“The flight was great, she was awesome. She’s a good baby. But the earplugs did come in handy because there was a toddler a couple rows back that screamed the whole time.”

That was great that Twitter could come through for her.

Alyson Hannigan snapped a cute picture of her husband, Alexis Denisof, and their daughter, Satyana, on Wednesday in New York.  I think these three are one of my favorite celebrity parents, they always look like they are having such fun.

Alyson Hannigan looked beautiful at the Emmy’s last week in Los Angeles.  She just gave birth to daughter, Satyana, in March and looks like she is back to her pre-pregnancy self.  She is crediting her weight loss to breastfeeding her daughter.

“I know it’s a cliché, but I was eating just ridiculous amounts of food but still losing weight. I think I should just keep breastfeeding until she’s 18. Is that weird? [If I] just keep pumping? No, I’m not going to do that. That was a joke. Please don’t send letters!”

I breastfed my son until he was 13 months but I don’t think I would go any longer than that. I have heard of women nursing their children until they are 3. It’s different for everyone.

Alyson started back to work at her job, How I Met Your Mother, and there they let her bring her baby girl with.

“We set up a nursery so I can run off and get to see [her] when I have scenes off,” Alyson explains. “[Motherhood]’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me! I’m so in love.”

It’s great when work works with you like that, I wish everyone could have that chance to bring their kids with them.
