‘American Idol’ Alum Brooke White Is Expecting Her First Child
American Idol alum Brooke White has revealed some happy news: she’s pregnant with her first child, due in May.
So far, all is going well. She shared on her blog:
“My baby’s been a gem to me already. I really haven’t slowed down since finding out the news in September. I thought I would be miserable and having every symptom in the book. But I’ve been on the road doing…shows and minus some pretty good exhaustion and heartburn, I’ve actually done really well.”
Since being eliminated from AI in Season 7, White has kept plenty busy. She’s been recording and performing as one half of the duo Jack and White (with music partner Jack Matranga) and she’s even done some acting.
The happy father-to-be is White’s husband Dave Ray; they’ve been married for seven years.
