Helena Bonham Carter Found Inspiration In Her Daughter

Helena Bonham Carter

Helena Bonham Carter and husband, Tim Burton, were looking great on the green carpet at the premiere of Alice In Wonderland on Thursday in London, England.  Lucky they had umbrella’s since it was raining that night.

Helena has revealed that the inspiration for the Red Queen came from her two year old daughter, Nell.

“I thought well she’s a toddler, because she’s got the big head, she’s a tyrant – a toddler tyrant, toddlers are tyrants.” She went on: “The no sympathy for any other living creature – that’s our toddler in fact. No empathy, just commands. She just bosses us around – dictatorship. No please, no thank you. ‘Mummy come here’ ‘Mummy go’ ‘Mummy! Watch telly.’ An another toddler quality – it’s all about me, it’s all about her, never considers us, ask, ask, ask. So the toddler thing was a big inspiration.”

I have seen some sneak peeks of the movie and I have to say she really uses that tyrant attitude!
