Knocked Up Celebs

James Tupper is starring in the new show, Mercy, plus he’s a new dad, to Atlas, who was born in March.  James says the producers of the show realize he has a new baby with girlfriend, Anne Heche, and they schedule him accordingly.

“The producers [are] very kind and know I have a new baby. [They said] we can shoot at the top of the week and try to get [me] home for a long weekend.”

And he has nothing but praise for his little one.

“He never cries or anything. I call him Sugar Plumb. I sing him a good morning song and he just smiles at me. We sing him a very funny song we made up – I am a butterfly [sings, then laughs].”

I love his nickname for his son. I know that I used to just call my son, Monster.  Mercy premiere’s next Wednesday.
