Twins, Max and Emme, 1, were spotted on the set of The Back-Up Plan where their mom, Jennifer Lopez, is filming in New York right now.

Jennifer is turning 40 next week but hasn’t given up her maternity sweatpants yet.

“Who knows if I get pregnant again?” Lopez told Rachael Ray earlier this year. “I might need them!”

I’m sure the twins would love to have a sister or brother to play with.
