Ugly Betty’s Ana Ortiz is due with her baby soon. I know that around the time I was due I had to have a baby name already picked out. I couldn’t sleep unless I knew we had a set name for the baby. It just might have been my pregnancy hormones acting weird too.

At an event on Tuesday Ana dished all about the baby names they have picked for the new arrival.

“Naming is hard! We have a short list that keeps fluctuating between five to seven names.”

Naming your baby is hard. What names do they have for sure that are not even an option?

“We’re not going with any of the Apple or Pineapple names. I really want a Spanish name, but it has to be a Spanish name Americans can say without destroying it. I really like these old-lady names.”

Pineapple is a name I never thought of. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with the baby is born.
