Knocked Up Celebs

Ashlee Simpson has been trying to find work and home to mesh together nicely, and now she has finally found it. She accepted a role on the new Melrose Place just so she could be closer to her 3-month old baby boy, Bronx.

“She wanted something stable so she could be close to her baby,” a friend [says]. “She was specifically looking for something in television as her next step, that filmed in Los Angeles, so she wouldn’t have to be away from Bronx. Music is still a passion but [Ashlee] felt this was the best thing for her and her family at this point in her life. She’s really excited about Melrose Place. “

This won’t be the first time Ashlee acts on a TV show, she was on the show, 7th Heaven, seven years ago. The character she will be playing on Melrose Place is a small-town girl trying her luck in Los Angeles. (I can really relate to this character!)
