Christian Bale scooped his daughter, Emmeline, into his arms on Saturday as his wife, Sibi Blazic, came home. Emmeline will be turning four next month, I can’t believe how fast she has grown up.

Things have been crazy for Christian with the whole set “melt-down” thing. But I think everyone is entitled to have a bad day. It just happens everyone decided to turn that into media gain. Christian said back last year that sometimes he doesn’t mind his daughter to know what crazy things he’s doing.

People will say, ‘Why is he still doing this crazy s–t?’ But I’m OK with that. I’d like my daughter to see me do these things, as I saw my father do some crazy things and I learned to appreciate it.

I think Christian is alright. I love him as a dad and an actor.
