Biggest Loser’s Amy Wolff Won’t Be Dieting While She Is Pregnant

Amy Wolff is expecting her first child in July with husband, Marty Wolff. When she was on the Biggest Loser she lost over 100 pounds and she is hoping to keep that off. But she is maintaining she won’t be dieting while she is pregnant. (Which is way healthier anyways.) She recently sat down for an interview with ParentDish talking about the baby weight and cravings. Here are some highlights…

On gaining weight during the pregnancy: “I know I will get bigger, and I know I will have a lot of baby weight. I know it won’t be this huge, insurmountable thing. If I had gotten pregnant six months after the show, I would have been in the head space of worrying about my weight, and being really focused on that.”

She pays attention to how her body feels instead of on the scale.

On her cravings: “I haven’t really had any cravings, but I have added more carbs into my diet. I am used to eating a very high-protein, low-carb diet, but now I am definitely eating my pastas and crackers.”

I think it’s important for everyone to feel their best while pregnant and not worry about how much weight they gain.
