Harlow Madden is not even a year old yet but she already has fashion sense. Her mom, Nicole Richie, says Harlow likes getting dressed up.

“She likes to dress up. You can see it in her face,” she [says]. “She just loves dressing up; she loves putting on tights and bows and stuff like that.

“I’m not too caught up in her fashion at the moment. I just let her wear what’s comfortable for her,” she adds. “But she loves those tights.”

I wish that I was able to put bows in my daughter’s hair. She was four before she even had hair.
