Knocked Up Celebs

Parminder Nagra, who is better known as Dr. Neela Rasgotra, is four months pregnant with her boyfriend, James Stenson. I had seen rumors of her pregnancy last week, but now that I have baby bump photos I can (hopefully) say she is.

[A source said], ‘They are absolutely ecstatic. She is four months along and the pregnancy is going very well.‘Parminder is filming the final season of ER and this baby was very much part of her plan. She and James are a great couple, very much in love and will make wonderful parents. She has spent five years in ER and now is the perfect time to start a family.’

‘Parminder is busy making plans for the baby’s arrival. She is very maternal. When she came on set and told people she was pregnant she couldn’t stop grinning. She said she has always longed for a family. She is planning a short break when the baby is born and will be much more selective about the roles she chooses. She intends to be a hands-on mother but also wants a film career.’

It is also being said that the pregnancy won’t be written into the ER story line. I would be happy to see Dr. Neela happy for once, but I guess the writers know what they are doing since it is the last season of the show.

Congratulations go out the couple.

UPDATE: It was confirmed today (December 1st) that Parminder is in fact expecting.
