Debra Messing Talks About Losing The Baby Weight
Debra Messing is the cover girl for Shape magazine‘s January 2009 issue. Inside the issue she talks about what it was like to be constantly scrutinized for her weight after she had her son, Roman, in 2004.
“It was written about in the tabloids a lot. On one page it showed all the actresses who got skinny in six weeks or less, and on the other page was me! I was so depressed and frustrated.”
Losing the baby weight is so hard and it’s so unfair when people judge other’s for it. So many stars pressure themselves to lose it all right a way and then miss spending time with their new baby.
Debra tried using a personal trainer but said it exhausted her way too much. So instead she cut back on what she was eating and eased up on the personal trainer. Now after three years and 42 pounds later, she has pre-baby figure back.
“Ultimately I’m very proud of how I dropped the weight because I think it was the healthy approach. I’ve finally taken ownership of my body.”
Congratulations goes out to Debra. It’s something I still struggle with daily and I had my first baby almost thirteen years ago.

Losing weight is definetly hard work.I use to overeat, but have found alot of strenght in keeping it under control.Since then, the feeling of success I felt by sticking to my plan to loose weight and stop over eating, has kept me motivated.

Another thing that works well is to remove all unhealthy foods from the house.Obviously a handful of fuit or nutscan stay, but ice cream, chips and candy ect. must go!
