Constance Zimmer and her daughter, Colette, 10 months, went to the P.S. Arts ‘Express Yourself 2008′ held at Barker Hanger in Santa Monica yesterday.

Constance said recently that she found ‘portion control’ helped her lose her baby weight. A program called Fresh Mommy, that delivers food to your door helped her by controlling her portions. She also did low-impact walking and sometimes added a four pound weight vest to help with the exercise part of it. She admits that her acting job made her lose the weight faster than if she would be in any other of profession.

I think that it has paid off for her because she looks great.
