Last Thursday, Katie Holmes was spotted with daughter, Suri Cruise, in Central Park. Suri was showing off her new haircut. Katie and Suri also got a treat of ice cream, too.

    WHY do they keep chopping that poor little girl’s hair off? It was sooo cute when they could put it in pigtails!
    It looks so uneven here.
