Jamie Oliver Offers Advice For Picky Eaters
Jamie Oliver is both a chef and a dad. He has two children, Poppy, 6, and Daisy, 5, that eat well. I am sure that growing up in that household food was an important part of life. So how can we get our picky eaters to actually eat? Jamie has this to say…
“I’m lucky because the kids have always eaten well — they got used to trying loads of new things when they were younger, so they got a taste for different flavors and textures. It’s harder as kids get older, but if you persevere and don’t get upset if they won’t try new things the first time, eventually most kids will get into new tastes.”
I know my son was the pickiest eater out there. But now at 5 he almost eats everything under the sun. I think that all kids grow out of that phase of not wanting to eat anything.
