Miley Cyrus went out to celebrate her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus‘ birthday yesterday by going out for lunch with the family. Mom, Finley; and siblings, Braison and Noah also joined them as they had lunch at Citywok restaurant. Can you believe that he is 47, he looks great for his age.
