Britney Spears Gives Sole Custody To Kevin Federline
The custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline is over, finally, Britney has agreed to give Kevin sole custody of their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden.
“The case has been settled,” Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told E! Online. “The court still has to approve it.”
The two are due in court Friday.
Spears currently has monitored, twice-a-week visitation with her boys, as well as one overnight-a-week.
I think this is a good move for Britney. She can always reapply to change it later.
